In short, here’s what you need to know in straightforward terms:

• You get access to premium reports, newsletters, and research, but not the live trading platform.

• It costs USD 5/month or USD 50/year (subject to change with notice).

• You can only use the content for yourself; you’re not allowed to share, copy, or resell it.

• MSM provides the service “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular use.

• If something goes wrong, MSM’s liability is limited to the amount you paid to MSM in the past 12 months for this subscription only.

• Your personal data is handled according to South African privacy laws (POPIA) and won’t be shared without your consent.

• You can’t hack, break, or misuse the platform, and you must follow the law.

• MSM can cancel your subscription if you break the rules; if they cancel without cause, they will refund you proportionally.

• Disputes go to arbitration in Nelspruit, South Africa, under AFSA rules.

• MSM can change these terms at any time, and force majeure events (like war or pandemics) release them from responsibility during disruptions.
